Privacy Policy

2026 · The Professionals Last updated: June 2026 · The Professionals

The Professionals. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when using The Professionals app.

The Professionals

1. What The Professionals is

The Professionals is a personal address book for your trusted professionals (plumber, electrician, doctor, lawyer, etc.) you want to reach quickly. The app is for your personal use only — not a marketplace, directory, or referral platform.

2. What we collect

Pro records: name, company, phones, emails, notes, photo, category, rating — only those you create yourself.
Selected device contacts: unselected contacts are never read or stored.
User ID: auto-generated by Firebase for your private sync space.
Device data: device type, OS, crash reports — to improve the app only.

3. Data storage — the important part

We do not notify professionals you have added to your private list. Saving someone in The Professionals is, by default, a purely private act between you and the app.

You may choose to share a pro card with another The Professionals user (link, QR code, or share sheet). Only then does anyone besides you see that record.

4. Who can see your data

You only. Your pro list is private to your Firebase user ID.
Google (Firebase) — as data processor, in region me-west1 (Tel Aviv).
Authorities — only with a legally binding order.

5. Account deletion

Settings → Account → Delete Account erases all your data from our servers. Questions: support+myprof@yaronj.com
