End-User License Agreement — The Professionals

1. Acceptance

By installing or using The Professionals ("the App"), you agree to this Agreement. If you don't agree, don't install or use the App. The first-launch acceptance screen records your acceptance.

2. License grant

Yaron Jackoby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use The Professionals on Apple and Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use as an end user managing your own contact list of professionals.

3. What you may not do

You may not:

Use the App to build a public directory, marketplace, or referral service.
Scrape, mass-import, or sell the contact data of professionals to third parties.
Send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") through the WhatsApp / SMS / share-sheet integrations.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except to the extent the law expressly permits.
Use the App to harass, dox, or otherwise harm anyone — including the professionals whose contacts you store.
Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.

4. Your content

Pro records you create remain yours. By using cloud sync, you grant Yaron Jackoby a limited license to store, transmit, and display back to you that content solely to operate the service. We do not gain any further rights and we do not redistribute your content.
You represent that you have the right to store, in your own private list, the contact information of the professionals you add. Where local law requires you to inform people that you've saved their contact information, you are responsible for doing so.

5. Sharing

When you share a pro card with another user — by link, QR code, or the system share sheet — you confirm you are entitled to share that information. We are a conduit and not the author of the data you transmit.

6. Third-party services

The App integrates Apple, Google, and Firebase services. Your use of those is governed by their terms (Apple Media Services Terms, Google Terms, Firebase Terms). The Professionals is not affiliated with WhatsApp; outbound WhatsApp messages use WhatsApp's wa.me deep link and are subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

7. Updates and changes

We may release updates that change features, fix bugs, or address security. We may discontinue features with reasonable notice; we will give 30 days' notice before shutting down core sync functionality so you have time to export.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaron Jackoby disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Maintain your own backups of critical contacts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaron Jackoby's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data or lost profits.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in those, the limits apply only to the extent permitted.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 3 with notice except where notice would be unlawful or impractical.

11. Apple App Store / Google Play

Apple: This EULA is between you and Yaron Jackoby, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or warranty for the App. If the App fails to conform, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
Google Play: Similar — Google is not a party and is not responsible for the App.

12. Governing law and venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Israel, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to your local courts.
